How to use?

(a) Consume half a teaspoon of the powder by mixing it with warm water and drink daily it on an empty stomach. It can also be mix with different recipes like chutneys, soups, curries, etc

(b) For skin: Mix Yami Herbals Amla Powder (1/2 teaspoon) and Multani Mitti (1/4 teaspoon) with Rose Toner. Apply as face pack on cleansed skin. Leave for 10-15 minutes. Then wash off

(c) For hair: Mix Yami Herbals Amla Powder with Shikakai and Reetha Powder. Apply on wet hair. Use it as natural hair cleanser
