Our online ordering system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing you to place orders at your convenience.
For any inquiries or concerns, our customer support team is available to assist you from 8am to 9pm. Please note that any queries received outside of business hours or on weekends will be responded to on or after the next business day.

Do you have a physical store?

We are at the moment only an online store.

The Amount has been debited to my Bank account But order status is Canceled?

If you are experiencing issues with a transaction, please be assured that we are committed to resolving the matter promptly. The discrepancy could be due to various reasons, including banking or payment gateway issues.

- Transaction Reference Number
- Order Number
- Any relevant documentation or screenshots

Our dedicated team will require 4 business days to investigate the transaction and resolve the issue.
