How to use?
(a) Consume quarter teaspoon (a dose of 0.5 – 2 grams recommended) of the powder by mixing it with warm water and drink daily it on an empty stomach. It can also be mix with different recipes like chutneys, soups, curries, etc. For Diabetes – you can consume 5 gms of Tanners Cassia (Aavaram Poo) Powder with warm water. Consume after food twice a day
(b) For skin: Mix Yami Herbals Aavarampoo Powder (1/2 teaspoon) and Rose Petals Powder (1/4 teaspoon) with Rose Water. Apply as face pack on cleansed skin. Leave for 10-15 minutes. Then wash off. This facial pack works on bringing in a healthy glow to the skin
(c) For hair: Mix Yami Herbals Aavarampoo Powder and Hibiscus Leaves Powder with Curd . Apply as hair pack on oiled hair. Leave for 15-20 minutes. Then wash off using a mild hair cleanser
