How to use?
(a) Consume half a teaspoon (a dose of 5 gms is recommended) of the powder by mixing it with warm water and drink daily it on an empty stomach. It can also be mix with different recipes like chutneys, soups, curries, etc. You can also boil iy in 2 cups of water and make it as a kashayam. Note: Avoid consuming Moringa Powder during periods as it increases pitta and during bleeding disorders
(b) For skin: Mix Yami Herbals Moringa Powder (1/2 teaspoon) and Neem Powder (1/4 teaspoon) with Aloevera Gel. Apply as face pack on cleansed skin. Leave for 10-15 minutes. Then wash off. This facial pack works on treating acne and pimples
(c) For hair: Mix Yami Herbals Moringa Powder and Hibiscus Leaves Powder with Rice Water . Apply as hair pack on oiled hair. Leave for 15-20 minutes. Then wash off using a mild hair cleanser
